WEB DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING CONTROL
Determining the Content
Once an agreement is reached between Global Forte and the
client, we will immediately begin the process with client
data collection in order to prepare a content plan. The information
we require includes (but is not limited to) the following:
the client's corporate identity; the client's minimum web
functionality requirements; and the client's target audience
and users. We then present the plan to our client for approval.
Upon approval, the client is expected to provide all pertinent
documentation and material to Global Forte's design department.
All proprietary information will be treated with the strictest
confidentiality.
Graphic Design
Our Multimedia department starts to brainstorm and put together
ideas for the graphic design work after the content plan
is prepared based on the information gathered from our client.
A cover page (in our client's language of choice) is created
that is consistent with the design of the homepage, while
the internal pages are created consistent with the corporate
identity and information provided by the client. We believe
that staying focused and on course with our client's needs
is a critical success factor. Therefore, at each stage of
our work, we solicit input from our client and ensure that
they participate in the decisions for the end product. As
we approach the graphical design phase, we present different
ideas to our client for them to select the design of their
choice. The necessary changes are then made based on the
input from the client and the design team. Once the consensus
is reached for the concept, we immediately begin the design
and development phase.
Deployment of the Design
Once the graphic design has been approved, the pages are then
coded according to the content of the project. The coding
type is determined based on the client's needs and requirements

We provide our client with a secure site address while the
web site is under construction. This allows the client (and
the design/development team) to visit the site to test for
the parameters established at the beginning of the process.
All the dynamic and static visuals, scrolling texts, and Jscripts
on the pages are monitored in a 'live' fashion.
In order to make the pages open quickly, the visuals within
the web site are fully optimized. The same process is also
applied for coding. When the web site is finalized, we run
a series of 'tests' and "debug" the code
to make it ready for deployment.
